I am expecting a press release by the army’s brand maker that is the spokesman addressing the issue and informing the public the measures the army will take .The Soldier having served in the army for 31 years and still a sergeant when he is supposed to have at least assumed a rank of a staff sergeant which is rank of a non-commissioned officer in the army, above sergeant and below warrant officer. shows he has no godfather , hence, he will most l likely be dismissed from service .
